Men's Work
Men's work holds great significance for us as it fosters a supportive community that encourages personal development and self-acceptance.
The mainstream culture many of us were raised in—still prevalent today—often complicates this journey. For unique individuals like us, traditional workshops and programs aimed at straight men may not fully align with your needs.
The inclusive spaces I create are designed specifically for queer men, providing opportunities to explore your identity, share your experiences, and challenge the societal norms that have held you back.
By engaging with the rainbro community, you'll discover empowerment, build resilience, and develop a deep sense of belonging among brothers who celebrateerness, creativity, diversity, and mutual support.
The importance of Friendship in The LGBTQ community (Fraternitaaaaay)
“The point of doing the work is so that you can get to the party sooner!”
The rainbro soul craves genuine, platonic connections with other men through fun, liberating, and vulnerable activities that blend both traditionally masculine and feminine expressions – singing, dancing, arts & crafts, exploring spirituality, hiking in nature, philosophizing, practicing yoga…the possibilities are endless, but I deeply believe that authentic brotherhood itself is the most powerful & transformative “medicine” of all!
It’s rare to find spaces where you can be fully vulnerable and self-expressed in the radical rainbro way, but when you do, it is both healing and exhilarating! That’s why I am dedicated not only to working with rainbros on an individual level but also to bringing them together in my virtual movement classes, coaching & in-person retreats.

Rainbro Heart Circles
Heart Circles allow us to build resilience and community by getting to know each other on a deeper level than virtual workshops or chat groups allow.
In these simple but powerful monthly gatherings, we start with mindful meditation. Then while each rainbro shares what’s on his heart, the rest of us practice compassion, non-judgement, empathy & deep listening. Everyone leaves feeling seen, heard and more connected.
You can join our virtual Heart Circles the last Saturday of every month by supporting us or contacting me personally.
