Service Description

This is my signature class that blends together a little bit of everything that has molded my personal practice. Each class, all the way down to my musical soundtrack, is uniquely crafted based on the current cosmic forces (Human Design Transits) that impact everyone collectively on Planet Earth. At the beginning of each session I give a brief overview of the Cosmic Weather Forecast and its themes, and then we practice yoga and breath work that helps us to align gracefully with what’s happening in the Universe. Even if you’re not into astrology or Human Design (or don’t know anything about them), you will still get a balanced, holistic yoga experience!
